Disgusted

To all of you that have posted complaining about Shaw Academy deducting money off your accounts, the same thing happened to me so I believe you. I narrate the events in exactly the same way as every one of those posted. I cancelled online two days before free trial ended but it would not let me instead referring me to phone during office hours which I did but all you get is an Asian speaking voice recording that tries to convince you not to cancel. Then suddenly she says your subscription has been cancelled yet did not request any name to verify who I am and the line went dead??? A day later R399 went off my account. I would advise anyone that wants to join to first read all the reviews on hello Peter about Shaw Academy and that should be a red flag. I too consider this a breach of the agreement we had upon joining as their system does not allow you to cancel. So thereafter you are told that you cannot be refunded because you did not cancel???
