Disappointment
i am still very disappointed, until today i have not received feedback regarding my refund. I only received an email from "Roy" stating that he wont refund me, however, i disagree with this because i was misled into the payment? I was told that i wont be charged as this is a free service for online training. In this time of being home with no extra funding, i was involuntarily and *********ly led into a payment, of which i was told, will not be deducted from my account.

WOW, this is starting to look very pathetic for such a well known Education institution. I have read previous reviews, candidates who all have experienced the same issue i received. Something doesn't sound right. Perhaps this is a ********** behavior which will be reported. ********ity.!!!!

28 Apr 2020, 18:26In this time when so many of us are experience debilitating financial hardship, SHAW ACADEMY, makes certain that they advertise as FREE but makes sure that you insert your bank details to proceed, and with a telephone call, confirms that this wont be deducted!!!!!!!!!!
Yet!!!!! they deduct and point blank refuses to refund, even though they advertise all over social media that their courses are free.

This matter has become somewhat annoying now. I think there is a BOT that delivers these messages and no real human contact?
I still have not received any EFFICIENT feedback, still the same.
Dear Domm Smith - it doesn't look like they are going to refund any of us that was ******* in believing its a "FREE COURSE" they send the same reply back message after every complaint that is submitted. I am so furious, i wish there was an ombudsman or some form of protection against this, unfair deduction for a course that is "FREE"
So this means there is no real ethics OR value system in place.
