Disappointing Shaw Academy

Very disappointed. While the courses are great, it is virtually impossible to take advantage of offered promotions. The opportunity to upgrade is met with the home screen, without any indication of how to proceed. Even when you contact the business, the information is minimal and the staff do not assist as required. Very very disappointing.
