Disappointed, VERY disappointed!!

I registered with shaw Academy and spent 4 tiring weeks to complete 1 module in order to obtain a certificate and had the complete intention to continue on till I get my diploma, costs and all. Now I'm stuck at module 5 as module 6 and 7 refuse to play and us not uploaded as they promise, all I get is a 28second vide saying 'lesson underway'! I have sent emails and recieve an automated response saying they will get back to me in 48 hours to no avail. I offered up my time and stuck to my side of the deal, but I have nothing to show for it. This hinders everything for me. The supposed BOT is not of any help either. I'm so close, yet so far!!! The worst is when I get emails stating that I am late for my class!! So insulting! How am I supposed to complete my assignments on time and pay for my certificate if I can't even get proper classes going?? People take time out of their day, don't be disrespectful and disregard that!
