Disappointed and frustrated

I enrolled for the creative writing course and while the first free 4 week trial ran like clock work, the second module not at all. I get several confusing emails when I ask for support. This is the 4th week of not getting my lessons as scheduled. I get emails of congratulations on completing module 2 and at the same time I am marked as absent from the class. I really enjoyed the first module, hence the reason to pay and continue. I don't know what else to do to be able to continue but give a bad revue!
