Disappointed and disgusted with poor service and unfairness

I have cancelled my trial and money was deducted from my account by these people they refuse to refund me and rather tell me that I will be able to have 12 month free classes I have told them that I can't do this and I want my money back .this is unacceptable as I have cancelled with them the fault lies by them and not me why are they doing this to people ! I'm upset about this I have sent numerous emails but they refuse to give me back my money
