Did not sign up but money deducted from my account | ********** & Theft

Dear Shaw Academy

I am disgusted in the fact that money was deducted from my account which i have not authorised or signed up for any form of membership with your business. Please refund my money with immediate effect. Who gave you any write to deduct ZAR300 from my account, only for my bank to tell me that it’s a recurring payment for a year. I will take this further and sue your business.

I have tried contacting you on your international numbers, and iv been emailing with no luck. Iv Facebook in boxed you, posted on your wall....to what end before a response and my money is received???? Last year I signed up for a free online course via my work, and it was a 2 week course which I completed. Why have you taken money from my bank? This is *******.

I also find it very strange that you do not have any form of contact details whereby one can get hold of you. I have emailed all your email addresses. Called all you branches internationally, no response, no call back, no person to talk to.

I request my money be refunded immediately or legal action will follow
