Deducting money even after subscription was canceled

I tried the 4 week trial andrealised its not for me, i cancelled my subscription over the phone as per their requirements. I kept receiving mails about clases and decided to log in just to realise my account was indeed debited with R500 for the subscription.

I cannot remove my credit card details as its not an option. I am beyond furious, how will i ever get rid of Shaw Academy if i cant get my details off their database ans their cancellation services doesnt work
