debiting without permission

they are the most useless people ever. last month they debited my account without my permission an when I emailed they did acknowledge that they had debited an said it was a mistake I am still awaiting a refund. at 2am this morning my account was debited again so that makes it twice in two months which is now making me angry as I am paying for the bank charges every time. I want my money bank plus they need to pay for bank charges. WORST COMPANY EVER. people should refrain from using them.
