debited after cancellation

I have registered for the free trial period on Shaw academy and cancelled within the 4 week window period, even though they make the cancellation process a lengthy one i managed to eventually cancel and was given a unique code which i need to provide when contacted by Shaw academy. I have cancelled and i thought all was well however to my surprise i was debited and this morning I was told that my subscription was not cancelled. kindly refund my money.
