Debit after cancellation

Canceled free 30-day trial and did not make use of any of the courses ... STILL, THEY DEDUCTED R399 and you don't get through to the numbers provided ... I WANT MY REFUND... THIS IS CALLED *****ING IF I HAVE CANCELLED !!!!
