They spam your emails, call you non-stop, and don't stop taking money from your bank account even after you cancel. Now, they're refusing to refund me because even after I initiated the cancellation process, I didn't call them to confirm cancellation.

They make it easy for you to signup and take your bank details, but when you try to cancel, they make it extremely difficult.
