Credit card details not been removed/cancelation of 30 day trial

I canceled on the 23rd of April 2020 one day before my 30 day trial ended. I tried removing my credit card details, their website does not allow this, as well as they've taken 3 deductions from my credit card for credit card checks, I did not authorize this! I've been waiting for a email stating they have removed my details as they seemed to have tried making a deduction 24 April 2020, I had removed funds so they weren't able to as I had a feeling they would do this. I want my details removed!!! I've had no feedback besides, we've passed this onto another email with another reference number. What for, just remove my details!!!
