Courses at a *****

Doing courses that won't break the bank sounds great up until the point where you try to cancel the subscription with many failed attempts and rather than cancelling only being able to postpone with a heart attack of being charged again 2 months later.I have received a notification from my bank of a debit order of R999 for shaw academy yesterday(2 months after pausing my sub due to not being able to cancel and with 60 odd days left from my previous payment). Tried to contact them but no answer,so I had to email and is still waiting on a refund because this is making difficult times even worse...
