Course content is weak, cancellation process is a nightmare.

An absolute headache to cancel a membership. Takes 5 minutes to get through the website process, only to be told to phone a number. Once you get there, another 5 minutes of a robot trying to guilt trip you into staying can be enjoyed. Phrases like, "If you'd like to give up on your goal, please press 2." are thrown at you constantly.

The 8 lessons I received during the first month weren't of much value either. I'd recommend looking elsewhere, there is a reason why online education is often a lot cheaper than physical classes.
