Con artists, offer nothing of value

These people are cons! They offer a free 30 day trial, I signed up, then as I was browsing there was an button saying I can buy a "tool kit" interested in what that might be I clicked the link only to find out that it was a one click pay option and within minutes the money was out of my account. Angry I immediately cancelled my subscription and was then contacted by a person who asked why, he then ignored my complaint and asked if I want to restart my course, I said no, but he then sent me a mail saying they offered the course free (the same free 30 day trial they tried to offer for free) with a free toolkit (the same one I paid for!) I rep**** to his mail saying NO I do not want anything from them. This happened well before the 30 day trial expired. Only to find out that at the end of the period they still took my money. After querying it they said I restarted it to which I sent my mails showing my cancelation then they sent this: "Unfortunately, the issue remains that the terms and conditions were made readily available, you have accepted them and actually inserted payment details for a free trial/subscription service which had subsequent payments related to it."

Moral of the story they offer something for 'free' that you have to pay for. So don't buy into their nonsense, don't give them your details. Don't even give them contact information, because even though I have on 4 separate occasions asked to not be contacted further regarding promotional nonsense, I am still being contacted directly, email and SMS and asked to take their offers. (a direct violation of the consumer protection act) I am terrified when I think what they might do to our data, since they so clearly disregard the law.
