COMPLETE ********** AND A HUGE ****

COMPLETE ********** AND A HUGE ****! It makes me so mad how easily a company can take money from innocent people and refuse to give a refund!

Money was taken from my account on 30 July 2020, after bringing this error to their attention through email, they REFUSED to refund me, saying I had not canceled my course/subscription before the so-called "free trial" was up. I was however told that my subscription was definitely CANCELED and no further charges would be made. This is what was stated to me in an emailed conversation with Ken at ***. Can you explain to me why this conversation has to be revisited? Because Shaw Academy is an ************* company and my experience has been shocking.

It is now 1 February 2021 and ANOTHER amount of money was taken off my account WRONGFULLY. I have emailed for a second time and received no communications back! These people are ***ards hiding behind screens, holding on to OUR money. I am tired of this and will not stop until my money is given back. I do not stand for *******, especially ones that ***** money from people trying to learn and further their knowledge.

I am a student, I work hard for my money and cannot afford to have money ****** off of my card like this. No notification was given to me that this money would come off, no authorization was given by me the account holder but Shaw Academy went behind my back and took my money.

I strongly advise AGAINST signing up/using/looking at/contacting or even considering dealing with this company. SHAW ACADEMY ARE *******!
