Charged R399 on Free Trial.

I canceled my free trial on the 10th of May and they deducted R399 on the 25th. I have since then been advised that they processed refund by Nikolas on the 30th of May which I still have not received and they keep adding ticket numbers to my case. It took you all but three minutes to debit my account but it's taking forever and a weekend to refund. Please just give my money back.
