Charged R1000 in 2 x R499 payments. REFUSE TO REFUND AND CANNOT CANCEL ACCOUNT

I got CONNED with a free month of studies. Only to be charged R499 x 2 automatically and they REFUSED TO REFUND. I cannot CANCEL my account with their online method and now have to call in.... Yet ALL other reviews about the call to cancel says that YOU DO NOT HONOUR THE CANCELATIONS SHAW ACADEMY!!!
