Careful of the ****

They advertised a "free" course, which I signed up for. In the sign up process however they ask for you Credit Card details but I was assured that nothing will be billed & it was to verify my identity. (My mistake for continuing by giving them my card details.) They proceeded to send me my course link which was incorrect & in my confusion & in trying to get to the right course, I apparently ordered a " tool kit" but for the course sent on the wrong link. When I contacted the agent who signed me up to try and help me rectify things and get my money refunded (because remember the course I signed up for was free), all I got back was a message to contact their support team & an email address. Long story short, they apparently can't refund my money, but they can give me a discount on the 2nd part of the course I had signed up for for "free" and when will I pay the balance. So please don't give Shaw Academy your Credit Card or Debit Card details and read the fine print carefully!! I for one recommend never to do business with them.
