Cancelling trial nightmare

Do not sign up for the trial, it is a nightmare to cancel it. You cant cancel it online so you have to call them, when you do call you spend atleast 5 minutes with endless options and when you refuse all the options, they tell you the trial is canceled when you've even given them your details. I Went to check on the trial a few days later and as expected, im still on trial. The most frustrating thing is that you cant even remove your card details unless you add a new one. Now i have to spend another 10-20 minutes with a robot!
