Cancelled during Free Trail, but money still being deducted !!!!

Not impress with them at all. My daughter signed up for a Free Trial course and 10 days into the "30 Day Trial" period she spoke to Grant and Pamela during that time. She requested telephonically and via email to CANCEL everything. She is not interested anymore. Today the R399 was deducted from her bank account !!!!! They are coming with stories like "your membership was canceled but not your Subscription" and "you can have free courses "for the rest of the year"....We want the money back not extra courses!!!
