Cancellation ignored

During lock down level 5 I came across an ad on Instagram of Shaw Academy, thought it would be a good idea to enroll for a photography course. On enrollment they claim your first month to be free and that you can cancel anytime. After about 3 weeks I decided to cancel (which I did on the website). Now being in lock down level 2 I had TWO payments going of my account: both on the same day, the amounts being R199.50 & R399.00?? Trying to contact the Cape Town branch (as this is an international company) the number stated on the website doesn't even go through? I am extremely unhappy about the fact that I cancelled and they are still taking money from my account! This is unacceptable.
