Cancel my subscription and stop debiting my account.

I joined Shaw Academy after seeing a few recommendations on facebook and thought that it would be a legit Academy after I Joined the free trial, I started getting heavy aggresive marketing mails from them before even starting the course. I tried cancelling my membership on the very same day but on the website it tells you to call their call center. i did that a number of times in a span of a few days but to no success. I even spoke to someone that said his the manager and that he will sort it out. I just need an email confirmation that my account has been cancelled and for you to STOP debiting my account.
