Cancel Its a ****

absolutely disappointing, I think its a **** as you can't cancel and they keep offering free months the whole time they debited my card twice in one month and the app said free tookit but when I selected it it took my money without even giving the option "are you sure" then they refuse to refund. Cancel my subscription I dont want this ****
