A few weeks before your free deal had ended I Cancelled my membership to not debit me, yet you have, please reverse my debit order of R399 as I cancelled your free prescription before going in to the payment period.

This is disappointing that it is deducted from my account as this questionable to whether the system worked when your products are already cancelled?
