Beware of Shaw Academy - Dishonest adverti*****t

I registered for a 30 day free trial with Shaw Academy. They deducted a small amount from my credit card, even though the trial was suppose to be free. To me it’s the principal of the matter. I had 30 days. Early on the morning of day 29 they deducted a months fee from my credit card before I had an opportunity to cancel the trial. According to my understanding I still had 48 hours to cancel. I’ve been corresponding with them, but they keep avoiding my questions. They have not answered why they deducted an amount upon registration. When asked about the early deduction (Monthly fee) they only provided me with the date on which they deducted the money, not answering my question and pointing to the terms and conditions. When I asked for the contact details of a manager, I was provided with feedback about how much better their course assistance is via e-mail. To date I have not received an explanation for their, what I feel, to be wrong behavior. I feel that makes them *************.
