Beware of money being deposited into your accounts

I had decided to cancel my membership the very day I had activated. I had not yet begun my classes and thought I'd better cancel it (study materials were R500 on a free 4 week trial) sooner rather than later. I then followed the steps (aka call a call centre) to cancel the membership. I was then offered all the study materials (valued at R500) for free to stay on. Once I had gotten my confirmation email that my membership would be cancelled (48hrs!). I called my bank to have my card blocked. They had put R10 into my credit account. Luckily the system did not process it. I am now sitting with a blocked card. I am now getting endless calls and texts messages demanding attend a class I deregistered for.
