Be wary of FREE trials

I was impressed with Shaw Academy initially, whilst I was doing their free 30 day course. I started attempting to cancel after 14 days, emailed, cancelled on website and attempted to call them to confirm my cancellation. Yesterday they debited my bank account R499.00. I sent an email to their billing department and they had the cheek to tell me they won't refund me because I only cancelled after they debited my account. I cannot get through to a 'human' so can only email and I am being ignored. I have sent screenshots of all my attempts to cancel (with reference numbers) but they now choose to not reply. Be careful with the FREE 30 days as you still have to register and put your bank account details on the registration and they take advantage of that. I am not a happy customer!
