Be warned

I am very disappointed that no one is making any attempt to assist with my request to cancel a subscription of R399 taken off my bank account without any permission. I received a call to trial one of their courses, I thought I would try - I missed the first class and knew I wouldnt be able to continue the course. I cancelled within one week, before any commitment was made to continue with the course, I callled to cancel and sent them an email.. Somehow Shaw Academy managed to deduct R399 from my bank account without my knowledge. I am trying to connect with them to cancel, to no avail. How did they get my bank details without me giving it to them.. Shaw Academy is quick to follow up with introducing a course but not forthcoming with assistance to cancell.
