Be aware of Free Trial

I have had a shocking experience with this company and advise all to be very careful of the free trial. Firstly, I did not find the course that I did very helpful at all and I stopped after a few lessons only. I was however hounded non stop with marketing and phone calls trying to upsell me on a product that was of no use to me.

I had a very lengthy phone call with one of their sales people who tried to sell me add on packages - I made it abundantly clear that I had not found the service useful at all and that I wanted to cancel. Eventually he let me know he would do this.

Having had this call I did not think I needed to cancel myself, I assumed it was done, until I saw the very expensive billing on my credit card. I then cancelled AGAIN - which can only be done by telephone - on a line very difficult to get through on.

When I explained this situation and requested a refund - I had not even logged in for at least the second half of the FREE period, and had clearly explained I had no desire to continue into the paid service - I was met with a very absolute policy of there is no way they will refund, all they could do was extend my period. Several times.

Be very careful of this company.
