Bad services

Show academy have debited my account and are refusing to return the amount first it was 800 that they sad i click on the course resources and i requested them to deactivate it and refund the money but the are no longer responding to my email (#***.) it was 400 from my account and 400 from my wife account that is using the same bank card to register, secondly the debited me 500 which was 200 from my account and 300 from my wife account and when I communicated with they told me that my free account have expired and that way they debited the amount and the are now the are not responding and they don't what to reverse the amount (#***)
