Bad service with Shaw Academy

I registered myself for a free online course in March which i had to iñsert my card details,My account was then debited R399 x 3 by end of April I emailed and they rep**** I app**** for various courses which was untrue.I mailed regards to charges they said they don't refund but will credit me for free courses.Icancelled via email with them .I then got notification from my bank that they debited my account again 28 may R399 I emailed again and upon several emails they said they never got my R399 x 4 which I claims.Then I mailed again to cancel . Sebastian S states they only got one R398 from my monthly subscription.When I did my course ba consultant called and never mentioned a subscription of 6/12 months .Manuel B then said I qualify for a 6 month access to free courses.Thusfar I have had only a bad taste in my mouth with regards to Shaw Academy
