Assignment Platform

I find the course content to be very good and informative. The response from queries is very poor. I have been attempting to complete my assignments for the Photography course since Mid February, the assignments either mark incorrectly or do not submit. Eventually towards the middle of March they informed me that they were upgrading the assignment platform and that I should give them a week or so to complete the process. Now Mid April and they are still experiencing problems. Now they want me to pay to rewrite the assignments.
