Appearance is 9/10 of the Law

I like having access to CBT even though it's not my favorite or most effective way to learn. I signed up think I would have a live instructor but it's actually pre-recorded webinars. I'm confused why I can't just access the webinars at my own pace since they aren't live.

However, I'm extremely disappointed in the email I received to leave a review and be entered to win a MacBook Pro. I selected my review (4 stars) and was sent to the academy website contact page. I went back to the email and selected 5 stars and was sent here. Seems like they are only interested in rewarding people who give perfect ratings instead of honest ones.
