Annoyed-too much incorrect comms

It started off great, clear communication & the classes are very informative (though content heavy), however the correspondence is way too much, I am struggling to tolerate constant sms’ and emails, I find it borderline bantering, especially with the incorrect information stating that I am “late or haven’t attended my class”. This information isn’t correct, I am using a different device to that of my phone which I originally registered on but have attended every class! I am also not clear on the assignment process, clicking on the link just takes me to the app with no additional guidance. Acquiring the actual diploma is also a mystery, it specifies paying R*** for a hard copy but doesn’t say anything about the digital copy.
