Anger
I won a FREE course at Shaw Academy on the Vodacom shake and win app. When I registered through the link it gave me in the winning sms, Shaw Academy insisted for my bank details before I could do the course. I entered our bank details and did my free course. I missed a few classes coz I didn’t have enough data. At the end of the 4 weeks I ended my membership but they still taking R399 out of our bank account when we went to the bank to reverse it a FNB employee told us “we can’t reverse it because the debt order reversals are offline so we must phone the company that took the money and talk to them about reversing it” I then googled Shaw Academy’s phone number and got it. I spoke to a women and asked for a contact to reverse it, she then gave me a number. I immediately phoned it to find out it was a **** number she gave me. I tried to call her back but got sent to voice mail, I then tried on different numbers but still got voice mail. I am a mother of a 8 month old baby and need the money. I don’t think its ethical that Shaw Academy uses Vodacom as a platform to give **** winnings to get bank account details to ***** money.
This review was taken off of hello Peter last time because of the word '****' but if you read correctly no where does it say **** or fruad. Since then nothing has been done to fix my problem so please if you dont mind call me on *** to solve this problem thank you.
