Anauthorised deduction by Shaw Academy.

Please assist, shaw academy advertised a free course on Facebook which I took and then billed me for it, when I enquire as to why they did and ask to be refunded, they continue to refuse stating that I activated something in their terms and conditions which caused me to be billed. This is the second time they are deducting money from my account.
