ACCOUNT BEING DEBITED AFTER CANCELLING

I cancelled my subscription with Shaw Academy around November. After struggling to get ahold of them in anyway. I had emailed,looked for number. Heck I was even ready to send snail mail. After a tedious struggle I managed to get my account cancelled. After 2 months of being relieved from the shady service,suddenly Shaw Academy is debiting my account again,and this time there is no explanation. On the site my subscriptiom is cancelled but when I check billing they even have the guts to state that they billed me. I’ve been pleeing for a reply to deaf ears my cry has fallen. I really want my money back because I had made plans for it. Can someone help me get my money back please!
