Absolute ******! NEVER sign up with these people!!

Absolute ******!!!! I signed up for the free trial just to see what was available (so many reassurances stating that you can cancel at any time)

After I signed in I had a look at the courses and decided that it actually wouldn't suit me and went to cancel the free trial before I forget. Well you have to CALL them to cancel, they make it nearly impossible!

I emailed them and told them that I want to cancel and was sent a confirming that my account has been cancelled and I will not be charged (on the 24th of August).

Now magically I am being charged on the 26th of September? WHY, I ask? Shaw Academy responds and tells me that I reactivated on the 27th of August and they can't refund me.. WHY THE HELL WOULD I REACTIVATE?!!!!!

I WANT MY REFUND NOW!!!!!!

I should never have trusted this so-called 'reputable' business with my payment details.. Even TrustPilot states that this company has been messing around with dishonesty!
