A Wave of Automation; Where Have All The Humans Gone?

I am awash with automated marketing emails; it feels as if that's what Shaw Academy is built on which is surely a flimsy foundation. Once upon a time this was a very personal education facility where I could speak to humans on the phone. Now I feel as if I'm trying to get someone at Facebook's attention; like a tiny speck in the distance waving my hands and screaming as loudly as I can, but to no avail.

I had a complaint a while back, and sent a succinct email outlining it. There were three short bullet points. Each time I received an email back (and there were many) it was from a different person, and none of them solved the first point – they seemed to answer a problem I didn’t have! – and they never addressed the second or third point. I wish I could get back the time I spent trying to get someone to call me! Eventually, I couldn’t remember my own complaint, and struggled to feel anything other than utter frustration.
