Bad service from Shaves

Went into Shaves today for duck egg blue paint that is in one of my bedrooms. I have been a customer for years so thought they might have the details on my profile. She assured me that Urban light was on my profile and that it was blue. Since I have only bought blue paint once I thought in all probability that that would be it. Not wanting to take the risk of spending R900 on 5 litres, I forked out R90 for a sample pot. When they handed me the sample pot it was definitely not blue but off white. The 2 saleswomen insisted that it was blue. Absolutely ********** and to add insult to injury I noticed through the glass shop front that they were both laughing as I left the shop Disgusting service
