Very satisfied customer, even with a hiccup initially.

I joined Shave Union about a year ago and have been very satisfied.

I was initially sent a handle that must have been damaged in transit, but I mailed to let them know and they immediately shipped a new one, no questions asked, which was great. I appreciate it when there is a slip up (they happen) and there is a no frills solution offered. I also grew a beard for a few months, so paused my subscription, and that was painless too. One quick mail after my girlfriend told me I looked like I brew cheap craft beers and the blades subscription was back up.

Its just been a simple, fuss-free process, and the blades are great too - no rashes, nicks or struggles with my pretty thick stubble. Pretty much all I'm after is great quality, a great price and no stress, and its what I'm getting, so a very satisfied customer overall.
