poor comminication
utterly useless from the company. I got my first subscription a few months ago and haven't even used the first blade and all off a sudden I get an SMS on my phone that they did a purchase for a new subscription. they didn't phone me as to ask if I need new shaving blades, nothing, they just did the purchase without my concern and now I must wait 7 days to get my money back. with their live chat on the website, they don't even reply.

You can change delivery dates and skip deliveries, or choose to pause or cancel your account. This is very clearly explained through our R99 trial system checkout flow. You would have also received an email reminder 3 days before you were debited for your renewal, during which time you could have cancelled. We do not hold our members into contracts. If this service was not for you, you could have easily cancelled.

Our website chat is operational during office hours. If our operators are busy, you will generally receive a reply within a couple of hours, on the same business day.
