*****ing from Pensioners, how low can you get

Please do not support this business, the owner is ********* and unprofessional and blatantly RUDE. I am a pensioner and HE OFFERED to reimburse me months ago (I have the text) and today he told me today that he never had any intention of reimbursing me at all. I have his texts telling me this) His food is disgusting and it made me very ill. I tried to write to him but he told me that he would not be reading or listening to my messages.
