Shaun pillay attorneys very unprofessional

Contacted their offices about 6 or 7 months back requesting statements of payments made to them and what the payments are being allocated to as monthly for the past 10 to 13 years they have been taking money from me via garnish order and still the accounts they were supposed to be paying off have now doubled in total rather than drop. Been continously given pathetic excuses by the lady that works there that they are working on the file which infact should have been updated monthly when they take my money but excuse is working on the file then last call to her 2 months back I was told will call me back in 15 mins and then nothing till now.. Don't answer my calls no feedback nothing from this place yet my money goes to them monthly. So fed up with this now as the law society aswel is another joke that never responded to the complaint sent to them about this lawyer so now gonna have to get another lawyer to sort this lawyer issue out.
