**** claims of HUD compatibility and meeting OEM standards.
I was forced to fit a Shatterprufe glass to my brand new BYD Shark 6 from a cheap skate insurance company. I raised concerns about the Shatterprufe glass and its compatibiltiy with the BYD's advanced Heads Up Display system (HUD) I was given all sorts of promsises and letters of top quality HUD compatible glass etc The Shatterprufe glass was fitted by PG Glass with all the pro calibration tools etc and it DOES NOT work correctly with the HUD. The HUD image is visible yes, but badly distorts when you raise or lower your head. Its like looking through a thick pair of prescription glasses that bending the light too much. Squashing or stretching the image. Thanks to Shatterprufe not testing their product against OEM standards but then claiming to meet OEM standards, I am now in a three week long fight with a cheap skate insurance company who also trusted these people.
