Very poor service, empty promises.

Do not buy from Shatter Woods Beds selling wooden beds on numerous online selling platforms and google, they are selling under Letwin Anesu Minzi and Brain using the bank account of VF Chipunza, they also use numerous **** addresses.

They were very quick to quote and make promises to deliver bunk bed within a week during Aug 2022. After 8 weeks I begged for the bed because we had guest on their way. They delivered end of Sep 2022. The bed is not sturdy at all. I am afraid to let anyone sleep on the top bunk that is just held in place by 3 *****s. No support slat. Very poor finishing.

They insisted on immediate payment and the payment accidentally went off in multiple. The bank would not reverse as is the rule with immediate payments. Brain promised to pay me back within a week. It's now been 5 months. He ignores me and refuses to pay my money back. The bed was paid in full on day of delivery.

I would never use or recommend them to anyone. They have scarred me to even consider supporting any small business again.
