Very poor service/ Lack thereof

Today (12.03.25) at 9.30pm I went to Sharwoods (BestDrive,Cape Road) to get a price for tyres for my wife's Yaris which is in storage. I do not know tyre sizes, but told the gentleman what I thought the size is. He laughed and said that it could not be. In stead of trying to find out from his colleagues or workmen, he bluntly said that he does not know and that there are many possible sizses whereapon I left. Someone should tell the bold gentleman that customers pay his salary.
