Non-Performance of Agreed Upon Job

Paid deposit upfront for a carpentry job. Had to chase Jan for a month until I eventually managed to get him to agree upon a date for the work. I took the day off work in order to accommodate him, and then he only arrived at 2pm and was rude on the phone when I stated that he was wasting my time by being 6 hours late.<br> <br> The job was never fully completed, and was done using sub-standard wood. Jan promised numerous times to come back to complete, but never did. I had to get someone else to come and complete the structure at further cost to me.<br> <br> DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
